How much are the Homeowner Association Dues?

Fees vary between communities due to the variety of amenities available. Homeowner Association Dues range from $1,776 - $2,215 per year (some amenities may require separate fees). Please contact the information center at each community regarding fees.

How much are the Golf Fees?

Golf fees also vary between communities. Annual fees for one course per person range from $2,500 to $3,500 (plus tax). Other options are available and vary by location. Please contact the community Pro Shop for more details:

What are the rules regarding visiting Grandchildren?

Grandchildren are always welcome for a limited time each year. In accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988, the housing at any Robson Resort Community is intended for occupancy in at least eighty percent (80%) of their respective dwelling units by at least one person fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All dwelling units are intended for occupancy by at least one person forty (40) years of age or older. No person who has not yet reached his or her nineteenth (19th) birthday is authorized to reside permanently in any Robson Resort Community. See the applicable recorded covenants, conditions and restrictions for more information.
