FAIR HOUSING
In accordance with the federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 the housing at any Robson Community is intended for occupancy in at least eighty percent (80%) of their respective dwelling units by at least one person fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All dwelling units are intended for occupancy by at least one person forty (40) years of age or older. No person who has not yet reached his or her nineteenth (19th) birthday is authorized to reside permanently in these communities.
