Ballroom Dance Club
The Quail Creek Ballroom Dance Club’s mission is to provide formal evenings for the enjoyment of Quail Creek residents. Ballroom Dance lessons are also sponsored by the club.
New students are welcome to join at any time. Classes include: Step & Sculpt – a step aerobics class using the Reebok step platform, Strong, Stretched & Centered – stretch all major muscle groups, core strengthening, balance, and relaxation, Total Body Conditioning – Focus on Muscular balance, strength, and flexibility using hand held weights, exercise tubing, and balls. Please call for class prices, times, etc.
Line Dancing is fun exercise for anyone – no partner required. Both beginners and intermediate dancers are welcome. Learn new dances each week. No sign up is needed; just come by when you can.
Quail Creek Couples’ Golf Association
Fun golf and good company! Men and women team up as a couple, have a fun game of golf, lunch, and awards. Check out the Couples’ Club on the Homeowner’s website!
Quail Creek Hikers
This club hikes weekly from October through April, generally in the nearby mountains. Hikes are of varying difficulty, from moderate to strenuous.
Quail Creek Ladies’ 9-Hole Golf Association
The Quail Creek Ladies’ 9-Hole Golf Association enjoy golf, fellowship, tournaments, invitationals, luncheons, and other special events. Five golf scores are required to establish a handicap. There is an annual due which includes handicap fee and league dues.
Quail Creek Ladies’ 18-Hole Golf Association
Quail Creek Ladies’ 18-Hole Golf Association meets for organized play. The ladies, who are usually paired in flights, participate in weekly ABCD and low gross- low net tournaments, as well as four major tournaments each year.
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S. The Pickleball Club at Quail Creek promotes the sport by fostering a friendly community of players to get together for social events, competitive play, and to provide instruction and equipment.
Quail Creek Men’s 9-Hole Golf Association
The Desert Duffers mission is “Golf is a Game! Have Fun!” This is the purpose and objective of the Desert Duffers. Golf activities are conducted in accordance with USGA, AGA, local, and Desert Duffers standing rules. AGA handicapping is used for both individual and team events. Golf outings at other courses and social activities with wives are included.
Quail Creek Men’s Golf Association
The objectives of the Quail Creek Men’s Golf Association are to promote the game, its rules, and traditions. Club events take place on Tuesdays and with 18 holes played. There are four major tournaments a year plus a three day invitational.
Quail Creek Softball Club
Senior (55+) slow pitch softball is a major activity in the Green Valley area. More than 150 players of both sexes and all skills are currently playing. Games are generally in the mornings, year round.
Quail Creek Veterans’ Golf Association
The purpose of the Quail Creek Veterans’ Golf Association (QCVGA) is to promote the game of golf, encourage good fellowship, and sportsmanship among the Military Veterans, spouses, widows, and widowers of the Quail Creek community with timely events and special tournaments. Tournaments are held at various courses within the Green Valley area. Tournaments are conducted in accordance with USGA, AGA, and QCVGA rules.
Quail Creek Table Tennis Club
All are welcome to come play Table Tennis (Ping Pong) with a very friendly and outgoing group. All skill levels participate in the Quail Creek Wellness Activity.
Quail Creek Tennis Club
Quail Creek Tennis Club promotes an active program of tennis by organizing men’s, women’s, and mixed play, conducting tournaments and sponsoring social events.
Quail Creek Trekkers
The Trekkers Club strolls through the beautiful desert mountains of the greater Tucson area. Strolls are 5-7 miles at various speeds, but usually with an option for less.
Water Aerobics at the Quail Creek pool continues to grow. Equipment is put out and picked up by whoever is out there. Groups have 2 to 30 participants.
Enjoy learning to create stained glass windows, sun catchers, platters, bowls, vases, and more. Work with lead, foil, mosaics, or warm glass. Studio open selected times with trained monitor on duty.
Gourd Art Women’s Workshop
This group of beginners to expert women gourd crafters enjoy creative beauty from nature’s bounty. Come and see how beautifully creative you can get with a gourd. All women are welcome to come by.
Quail Creek Ceramics Club
The ceramics studio is open to all interested homeowners. The club has greenware, bisque, and paints for you to use. They also work with clay and offer classes to get you started.
Quail Creek Lapidary & Jewelry Making Club
The club offers training, lectures, and workshops in cutting and polishing stones, silversmithing, chainmaking, beadweaving, precious metal clay (PMC), and other jewelry making techniques. The shop is equipped with a rock saw, grinders, polishers, soldering equipment, and a PMC kiln.
Quail Creek Needlework Club
The club encourages and supports all of the needlework crafts: needlework, embroidery, quilting, crochet, and knitting – anything with a needle.
This group is comprised of members interested in making wood items like toys, tables, wood inlay projects, large and small projects, etc. They also include wood burning and whittling. In addition, the group meets to share knowledge, patterns, and craft tips.
Ballroom and Casual Dance Clubs
The Ballroom Dance Club provides formal evenings for the enjoyment of residents. Members of the Casual Dance Club are given the opportunity to express themselves through dance using multiple dance styles including line dancing, country dance, rock & roll, jitterbug, and many more.
Quail Creek Performing Arts Guild (Theatre Group)
The mission of this club is to present variety, musical drama, and comedy productions for the enjoyment of club members, Quail Creek residents, and their guests.
Bridge sessions for those who want to learn a few new conventions and brush-up on their skills.
This group enjoys Bronco Brunch, cocktail parties, Colorado Rockies Baseball games, and Dinner Triple Play Miniature Golf, plus more.
The Critters Club provides education for its pet owner members and promotes socialization of pets through distribution of information, guest speakers, and activities.
Eastern Seaboard Club
Where were you born, did you live or work on the East Coast? If so, you may be interested in joining the Eastern Seaboard Club. The club began in 2005 to reunite the people of Quail Creek with their fellow East Coasters. There are no dues; just fun in an informal setting.
Ladies’ Marathon Bridge
Teams play a set number of hands against other teams on a flexible, monthly schedule from October to April.
Mah Jongg Group
A great time to play a very interesting game and socialize with neighbors. The game is played using tiles with symbols, similar to suits in cards. All skill levels are welcome.
Mixed Party Bridge
Party Bridge is played on Wednesday afternoon, 1:00 p.m. To 4:00 p.m., men and women welcome. Sign-up sheet is at the Madera Clubhouse.
Photography Club of Quail Creek
The Photography Club is composed of residents who want to have fun with photography at all levels from beginner to advanced. Members meet to learn more about photography and to share knowledge and enthusiasm with one another. If you would like to have more fun with photography, or just learn more about how to better operate your camera, please come and join the club!
This is an interesting and enjoyable card game, easy to learn and fun. Experience a fun game for fun people.
Quail Creek Billiards Club
Members promote the widespread recreational use of Quail Creek’s superb billiards equipment in the Madera Clubhouse Billiards Room. The club has over 280 mostly novice and intermediate member players. All of the weekly events are entertaining, recreational, and socializing activities providing a way to meet others who enjoy playing pool and watching others play pool. The ladies’ sessions also welcome beginning men players and couples.
Quail Creek Canadian Club
Goals of the club members are to meet, mingle, chat, play, and celebrate their good fortune and lifestyle at Quail Creek. The club also provides educational programs regarding living in the United States.
Quail Creek Computer Club
The Computer Club is one of the most popular clubs in Quail Creek. As part of the nominal annual fee, members may attend as many classes and/or workshops as they wish.
Quail Creek Singles Club
This club is comprised of a lively bunch of single Quail Creek residents who love to get together for fun, food, and socializing.
The Women Of Quail Creek
The Women of Quail Creek meets monthly and features programs on a variety of topics of interest for women. Members have fun learning how to better their lives and the community.
Quail Creek Memorial Committee
The mission of this committee is to establish a venue for memorializing Quail Creek residents who are deceased.
Quail Creek Blanket Brigade
Through the gift of lovingly handmade blankets, this not-for-profit service organization works to provide a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are in substantial distress in their lives. Blankets of all sizes and styles will be welcomed.
The Women of Quail Creek
The Women of Quail Creek meet monthly to discuss topics of interest for women. Members enjoy learning how to better their lives while also giving back to the community.
