Active adults in Arizona take advantage of the beautiful weather and abundance of hiking trails throughout the state. Since 2009, the Robson Ranch Hiking Club has been welcoming members of all hiking levels to the club. For the latest hiking schedule, visit the Sports Club to learn more about upcoming adventures.
Line Dancing Club
Hosted in the Hermosa Ballroom, the Line Dancing Club is a fun way to socialize while being active. Various experience and dance levels are welcome, so whether you are an absolute beginner or a more experienced dancer, the Line Dancing Club is for you!
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the U.S. The Pickleball Club promotes the sport by fostering a friendly community of players to get together for social events, competitive play, and to provide instruction and equipment.
Ping Pong/Table Tennis
Table Tennis is a great way to stay active and social. All Robson Ranch residents regardless of skill level are welcome to play Table Tennis with this very friendly and outgoing group.
The Robson Ranch Softball Club, home of the community softball team, the Robson Rangers, enjoys practice, games and tournaments at the community softball field. The Softball Club meets October through April.
Walking Club members have developed a walking route that incorporates the community walking paths and goes through the community so residents from different neighborhoods are able to join in. As the walking club members return to their neighborhood the remaining members walk each other home. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spend time outside! Catch the Walking Club anywhere along the route and join in; the more the merrier!
Discover the many benefits of yoga and join in on one of the yoga classes for a relaxing yet energetic session. Yoga programs may include back care basics, Yin Yoga, intermediate level classes that build on proper postures and form, chair yoga and more. The Director of Fitness and Wellness creates programs and classes that relate to homeowners needs and align with experience.
Robson Ranch Singers
Founded in 2009, this mixed choral group performs a variety of SATB arrangements including show tunes, pop, country, inspirational, and patriotic numbers, both accompanied and acapella. Homeowners are invited to see what this fun group is all about.
Fine Arts Guild
The Fine Arts Guild meets and holds classes in the Creative Arts Center painting studio. Painters using all different media are welcome. This is a gathering of those who share a common interest in painting to spend time working on a variety of projects.
From making your own paper to marbling and stamping to sculpting hand-crafted objects, paper crafting is an incredible way to express yourself. Club members can sharpen their paper crafting skills, play with ink and pattern, or test their favorite tools.
Explore your creative side and see what you can make from a bag of clay on the pottery wheel or the slab roller. Members create beautiful works of art as well as useful home and garden items.
Come join the ladies of Robson Ranch who enjoy sewing and quilting, the “Material Girls Club!” Club members stitch on personal projects. Great way to make new friends whether you’re working on a cross stitch or embroidery design.
Stained Glass Club
Enjoy learning to create stained glass windows, sun catchers, platters, bowls, vases, and more. Work with lead, foil, mosaics or warm glass. Beginner classes are available in addition to skill refresher courses on solder techniques, cutting, grinding and more. Learn a new hobby by participating in the Stained Glass Club.
Come discover the world of wood carving and create your own masterpiece. Members learn about the tools and techniques of woodcarving using chisels, gouges and mallets.
Orientation must be completed before using the Studio (fee required). Watch the Scoop, website and flyers at the Sports Club for orientation availability. Calendars and contact information can be obtained at the Sports Club.
This group meets quarterly to help clean up our piece of Jimmie Kerr Blvd outside of our property. Watch for flyers on specific dates/time. Be sure to wear long sleeves and long pants and don’t forget to bring gloves!
Parkinson’s Support Group
This group meets the first Monday of each month and is available for those coping with Parkinson’s Disease, have just recently been diagnosed, and/or are caring for someone with this disease.
Support Our Troops Club
The Support Our Troops Club provides for the material, physical, and emotional needs of our military men and women, active, reserve, and retired, at home and abroad, veterans, and disadvantaged community members. This club plans a variety of activities year round and encourages homeowners to get involved.
Living in this 55+ community presents many opportunities to participate in a variety of events with neighbors and friends. Homeowners enjoy a social calendar full of activities, annual events and more!
The popularity of Pickleball is certainly evident at Robson Ranch! The Pickleball Club hosts an annual tournament that includes men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles divisions.
Homeowners enjoy a variety of tribute bands scheduled throughout the year in the beautiful Hermosa Ballroom within the Ranch House. From Tom Jones to Fleetwood Mac, prepare yourself for some dancing and entertainment!
