This casual golf group offers a way to learn or improve golf in a relaxed environment. Although there are no dues, by-laws, or officers, participants may be asked to volunteer for events and outings within SaddleBrooke Ranch. Both are excellent ways to meet other retirees and further experience the social aspects of golfing.
Men’s Golf
The SaddleBrooke Ranch Men’s Golf Association was founded in March 2010. Its purposes are to stimulate and maintain interest in golf at the SaddleBrooke Ranch Golf Club; to promote good fellowship among the members; and to enhance the social and recreational lives of SaddleBrooke Ranch home owners.
Pickleball Association
The SaddleBrooke Ranch Pickleball Club offers one of the largest sports activities within the community. The club enjoys the benefits of great exercise and friendships formed through the sport. All SaddleBrooke Ranch residents are welcome to use the Pickleball facilities, participate in coaching sessions for new players, and join the club.
Ranchette Putters
The Ranchette Putters is a social group comprising SaddleBrooke Ranch ladies interested in fun, camaraderie, and improving their golf game. The group has weekly, monthly and annual prizes using a handicap system for those that are interested in competition play. The Ranchette Putters are formally organized based on Bylaws. Numerous committees offer everyone a chance to contribute their talent.
Social Dance Club
Dance the night away with the Social Dance Club at SaddleBrooke Ranch. This fun group enjoys monthly planned dances in the Sol Ballroom with active adult hits from the ’60s through today. In addition to monthly dances, the SaddleBrooke Ranch Social Dance Club also offers dance lessons. Socialize, learn, and practice your dance moves with this fun club.
Sundowner’s – Men’s 9-Hole Golf Group
The Sundowner’s Men’s Golf Group at SaddleBrooke Ranch enjoys having fun and building lasting friendships while playing nine holes of golf on the championship golf course. New members, whether novice or senior players, are always welcome to join this group and spend time on the greens, revel in the community setting and enjoy the beautiful North Tucson weather.
Table Tennis Club
This is a fun club with singles and doubles play. Skill levels range from “I played a long long time ago” to “pretty snappy”.
Sometimes members get serious and have a cardiovascular workout, practice doing weird shots, or quit early and head off to Bistro Viente. All members enjoy this fun game, have fun and share laughs along the way!
Tennis Club
The SaddleBrooke Ranch Tennis Association (SBRTA) was founded in late 2011 with the purpose of stimulating and maintaining interest in tennis at SaddleBrooke Ranch; to promote good fellowship and sportsmanship; and to enhance the social and recreational lifestyle of active adults at SaddleBrooke Ranch. All levels of skill are accommodated. Additional activities are planned to enhance the tennis experience and include exhibition tennis, clinics, group or private lessons, mixed doubles, round robin tournaments and socials.

The Beading Club’s purpose is to have fun creating jewelry and other objects with beads, yarn, wires and more. Club members meet in the Fine Arts Room at the Creative Arts & Technology Center weekly. Classes are often offered with kits available for purchase.

Clothe Me (Clothing Sewing)

Learn sewing basics with instructional sessions and create a variety of projects such as tote bags, gifts, décor and much more in the Sew What club. Items are also created for donation to benefit various charity organizations in the North Tucson and nearby areas.

The Restaurant Dining Out Club is open to all SaddleBrooke Ranch residents. The purpose of this club is to provide a way for its members to meet and socialize with other active adult homeowners. The club is ideal for couples as well as single members. Each couple or single member commits to hosting once a year. Hosting consists of selecting a restaurant; notifying members on the particulars of the meal; making the restaurant reservation; and hosting the diners back at their home after the meal for beverages and dessert as appropriate.
Gardeners Exchange
The Saddlebrooke Ranch Master Gardeners are volunteers trained in concert with the University of Arizona in Tucson, Cooperative Extension, Pinal County, Department of Agriculture and LifeSciences. This group provides:

Mah Jongg
A game of skill coupled with wit and fortune. It originated in China and dates back about two thousand years. It is played with 152 tiles and a card that identifies the specific hand that can be played.

The Singles Club at SaddleBrooke Ranch fosters and promotes leisure, social, and cultural interests for the single residents within this active retirement community. Veterans Club
The Veterans Club is an organization that provides senior veterans an opportunity to continue giving something of themselves to their fellow man and the SaddleBrooke Ranch community’s public good. The club is a charitable, fraternal, and educational organization endeavoring to perpetuate patriotism and remember our missing and fallen military personnel and history.
Wine Club of SaddleBrooke Ranch
The Wine Club of SaddleBrooke Ranch promotes the enjoyment of wine in a social, fun manner and enhances members overall knowledge of wine through educational efforts. The Wine Club also holds wine dinners, tastings, and classes at the Ranch House.
Women’s Club
The Women’s Club luncheons are a great way to get to know your neighbors. All female residents in the community are invited to join. Luncheons are held on the second Monday of the months – September through June. Several times a year, guest speakers from the Tucson area are invited to share their knowledge and talents with us. The club also works with local shops to host fun fashion shows once a year.
Writing Guild
If you have an interest in writing stories about your life experiences, family, career, retirement or are considering writing a memoir, then the Writing Guild is a great club to join.
