Hula Hooping for Fitness

Are you looking for a fun way to keep your fitness motivation?  Have you considered hula hooping for fitness?  Residents at PebbleCreek have revisited the joy of hula hooping and are keeping fit while at it.  Joining in on the fun, Jill Galus with KTVK, Channel 3 and the Good Morning Arizona program stopped by PebbleCreek to check out the Hula Hoop class in action.  The participants enjoy this class because it is fun, low-impact, and high-energy which helps with body toning, sculpting and muscle-building.  Hula hooping can also help with posture and balance by increasing flexibility, strength and endurance and is also a great cardio exercise for trimming the waistline.  This class meets twice a week and the popularity of this class continues to grow.
