Communicates project schedule to each sub-contractor prior to and during their work to ensure the project is managed per the construction schedule. Directly communicates with each contractor at the start of their work to answer questions and to ensure correct installation of their work. Update project schedule daily/weekly to ensure sub-contractors progress payments are approved per their contract and schedule.
Communicate with Project Manager daily/weekly as needed to update him/her on the status of the project, schedule, plan issues, RFI’s, sub-contractor questions, etc. to ensure projects flow smoothly. Provide daily job reports and progress photos as needed.
Responsible for maintaining a clean jobsite inside and outside of the building each day.
Ensure buildings and projects are ready for required inspections. Schedule and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions as required. Communicate with sub-contractors and Project Manager on status of inspections and follow up on inspection items.

This position will oversee all the operations of the Robson Communities Water/Sewer Utilities divisions to ensure the staffing, daily operations, facilities, financial reporting/budgeting and future planning is handled appropriately.
