Robson Ranch Golf Course in Denton is seeking experienced Assistant Mechanics to join our team. This position is Monday -Friday (8 hours) and 4 hours on Saturdays (eligible for overtime pay).
The Assistant Golf Course Mechanic is responsible for assisting in the overseeing of a comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair program for golf course equipment to include mowers, golf carts, tractors, weed eaters, edgers and power saws as directed by the Golf Course Mechanic. Routine and preventive maintenance is done daily such as checking fluid levels, changing oil, checking belts and hoses and fixes any other parts as needed. The Assistant Golf Course Mechanic will assist in ordering parts and supplies as needed for repairs and routine maintenance. These tasks are manual and are performed in the maintenance yard.
Primary duties include:
Repairs broken maintenance equipment and vehicles, includes welding. Will be done at the maintenance yard.
Inspects and diagnoses golf course maintenance equipment. Regular/routine inspections/checks may need to be done on certain equipment to maintain efficient operation. Routine checks will be done per direction from the head mechanic.

Robson Ranch in Denton, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Tech to join our team. The purpose of this position is to assist in overseeing the daily and preventative maintenance on properties, which may include: common areas, grounds surrounding amenities, swimming pools, buildings, tennis/pickleball courts, dog park and common walls, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
Primary duties may include:
• Assigning tasks and following up with staff on current maintenance issues. Will work with employees to establish daily work schedule and then monitor completed tasks.
• Performance of tasks assigned by Maintenance Manager to completion by overseeing and assisting in all maintenance performed by the property maintenance technicians to include general maintenance tasks, resident work orders and emergencies, equipment maintenance, and special events or projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of previous common area maintenance experience
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, irrigation, plant care, common area equipment maintenance

This position requires the ability to perform repairs and general maintenance tasks as assigned on buildings and equipment of the facilities and common areas.
This might include HVAC, electrical, plumbing and pool equipment repairs. This position will also assist other maintenance facilities staff with daily work orders and preventative maintenance.
Must ensure that all outside areas are maintained according to the set standards. Other job duties may include basic prep work for painting, changing lights, hanging pictures and moving furniture along with clean up.

Quail Creek Resort Community in Green Valley, AZ is seeking Cooks and Dishwashers to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Must be a team player and able to follow directions. Duties and Requirements for both positions are listed below.
DISHWASHER – Primary Duties:
Washing dishes including: working with dishwashing machine and manually washing dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Also responsible for putting clean dishes away in appropriate storage area.
Cleaning kitchen, freezer, shelves, storage and spills in kitchen. Empty trash in dish room and kitchen areas as needed and at the end of each shift. Sweeping and mopping dish room and back kitchen at the end of each shift once the entire dish area is free of dirty dishes and machine and stainless steel area wiped clean and dry.
COOK – Primary Duties:
Food preparation consisting of retrieving items needed for daily specials and menu items from dry storage or refrigerator/freezer. Prepping of some foods prior to service such as salads and soups and dating and storing as necessary, sautéing, running the broiler/deep fryer and then plating the entrees per the instructions/recipes of the Chef or other assigned kitchen supervisor.
Clean up work station after each service. This may entail cleaning some of the pots/pans used. Cleaning fryer/broiler and line work area with disinfectants. Disposing of any waste in proper receptacles.
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience is required for the Cook position.
