Here is how the Fly, Drive & Buy Program works:*
1. Your visit must occur between the timeframe of 6/24/19 – 8/31/19 and a purchase agreement must be signed by an authorized Arizona Robson Resort Community New Home Sales Consultant within 30 days of your visit.
2. Travel must originate within the Continental United States or Canada with destination to Phoenix or Tucson by the most direct route. Airline reimbursement is on up to two adult coach fares. Maximum 2-night stays on hotels up to $500. For travel by auto or train, submit gas receipts or train tickets.
3. Travel credit, up to a maximum of $1,500, is limited to airline, train, hotel and gas travel expenses specifically related to the Fly, Drive and Buy promotion for an out-of-town stay. Travel must occur during the following time period only: 6/24/19 – 8/31/19.
4. Fly, Drive and Buy Promotion must be mentioned at time of contract and travelers must be homesite purchasers.
5. Copies of qualifying travel expenses must be submitted at time of purchase agreement and the credit will be given at Close of Escrow. Any unused portion of the $1,500 credit may not be converted to cash and will be forfeited.
6. Fly, Drive and Buy Promotion cannot be used for reimbursement of prior or subsequent visits and is not valid on contract transfers or re-writes.
7. Robson Communities, Inc. and its affiliates reserves the right to change, modify and/or discontinue the Fly, Drive and Buy Promotion without notice or obligation. The Fly, Drive and Buy Promotion cannot be combined with any other incentives.
