Mandara Plan Maximizes Space & Outdoor Living

The Mandara is Robson Resort Communities’ newest offering at Robson Ranch Arizona and Quail Creek. Part of the Tradition Series, the Mandara features an open concept living, master bedroom suite, den, two-car garage, and a super-sized outdoor space with plenty of options designed for casual, yet elegant living and entertaining.

“The Mandara plan delivers on all of the ‘must haves’ for today’s buyer in a very efficient design that maximizes the important spaces of the home,” said Steven Berry, Senior Vice President, Architecture and Design for Robson Communities, Inc. “With 1,884 square feet, the Mandara lives and feels much like the higher-end Premier Home Series.”

A walk through the foyer gives way to a den that can be used as a library, office, or additional living area. Optional doors can be added. Then get ready for the “wow” moment as you move into the great room of the home with its 11-foot ceiling and views across the outdoor living space into the rear yard. Not commonly found in homes of this size is the nearly 11-foot length walk-up bar in the great room, which can also be optioned as a wet bar with sink and under cabinet refrigerator.

The 29-foot wide outdoor living space with a 10-foot ceiling is 10-feet and 15-feet in-depth, giving great options for furniture placement to enhance outdoor living at its best. An extended depth provides even more space and an optional fireplace gives the finishing touch to cozy outdoor living.

The kitchen and dining areas are open and inviting to the great room and features the same 11-foot ceiling height. A large central island is anchored by a walk-in pantry and the dining area offers an alcove for the favorite family buffet or hutch, or select the optional cabinets for the space to gain extra storage and entertaining space for food and drinks. The powder room is discreetly tucked around the corner from the foyer providing privacy while not disrupting the great room entertaining.

The master suite is generously sized with a 10-foot ceiling and offers views to the rear yard with an option to increase its depth, perfect for an added sitting area. The master bath features an oversized shower, two sinks, linen and a separate toilet area. The large walk-in closet allows for plenty of clothing storage.

A second bedroom suite is privately located and features an en suite bathroom. The laundry is large enough to accommodate an additional base cabinet with an optional sink and upper cabinets to complete the space.

Homes of this size usually compromise the owner’s entry from the garage through the laundry room. That’s not the case with the Mandara. An owner’s entry gives direct access from the garage to the home and is just steps away from the kitchen. A golf cart garage option is available for this plan and a four-foot extension option adds additional storage for the garage.

A new, exciting feature that is becoming popular again is the front porch. Two of the four distinct exterior elevation designs feature a 12-foot x 10-foot deep front porch seating area. The front porch supports the desire for the home to “live to the front” and allows homeowners to interact with friends and neighbors as they stroll by.

The Mandara is designed with all the upscale amenities Robson buyers have come to expect with the latest options and design features. It’s all part of the resort-style amenities designed to live life inspired at Robson Ranch Arizona and Quail Creek.
