Quail Creek Swingin’ Fore Charity Ladies Golf Tournament
One hundred thirty-eight women participated in the Quail Creek Give Back to the Community golf event, Swingin’ Fore Charity Ladies Golf Tournament. The event raised more than $11,000 to the Angel Heart Pajama Project, Hand of a Friend, Valley Assistance Services, and Friends in Deed charities. The Lady Putters participated in the fun and challenging holes using plastic children’s clubs and putting with potatoes! To see how the teams scored, visit the full Quail Creek Crossing article here.
Sixty-eight 18-Hole Ladies had a 4-player team scramble. Each team had to work together to get their team ball to the hole with the fewest number of strokes. This event is a favorite because participants are able to reach out to the community and lend a helping hand.
