Quail Creek’s 5th Annual Car Show
Quail Creek’s 5th Annual Car Show was a super fun day! The event included the iconic Wienermobile, a crazy DJ, volunteers decked out in ‘50s fashion, gorgeous automobiles, three food trucks, raffles, perfect southern Arizona weather, and one excellent local charitable organization!
The 5th Annual Quail Creek Car Show, a yearly fundraiser, was one of the best so far! The crowds were all smiles as they grooved to the music played by DJ Bill Foraker. They clamored to have their pictures taken with the Wienermobile and to nab a famous Wiener Whistle. In addition, everyone enjoyed the gorgeous, shiny automobiles while munching on tasty eats. Excited raffle prizewinners trotted to claim their prizes upon hearing their names called out. Mel Pate’s cool ride received Best in Show along with the trophy.
The real winner of the day was Valley Assistance Services (VAS) who was this year's chosen beneficiary. Through the efforts of the Car Show Committee, over 50 volunteers from the Quail Creek Activities Council, Santa Cruz Valley Car Nuts, Quail Creek Tennis Club, The Women of Quail Creek, and many good friends and helpful neighbors, the car show was a lot of fun and a grand success raising over $9,500 for VAS! A sincere thank you to all the Quail Creek residents who helped make this event one to remember!

About the Quail Creek Annual Car Show
The Quail Creek Annual Car show took place at the Quail Creek Madera Clubhouse parking lot. This event was limited to 100 vehicles with cars arranged by the car club. Although the event did not include judging, each entrant received a single ballot to vote for the best of show. This is one of the many fun events for active adults to enjoy at Quail Creek.
