Since breaking ground on the new Canyon Club at Quail Creek and seeing the masonry progress, the excitement continues among this 55+ community as they watch this new luxury amenity come to life!
Recent progress on the new multi-million dollar facility includes:
- masonry columns and fireplaces are about 50% vertical
- excavation is complete on the indoor and outdoor pools
- the first of six concrete slabs are poured
Rough framing is anticipated to begin soon, while underground electric and plumbing continue to move forward.
